Someone to be beside you
Parenting is hard, and ever changing. Sometimes there is a moment where we think we have worked it out, then, bang it changes. Sometimes it can feel like we don’t have moments of working it out at all.
How we parent can be affected by so many things: how we were parented ourselves, how we became parents, who we are parenting with… the list is endless. Different stages of our children’s development can bring different challenges and triggers.
Attachment parenting is based on current understanding of how children’s brain’s develop and grow and how relationships form and support that development.
In parenting sessions we can take time to make sense of this, think of new ways to approach things and just offer space to listen and understand what being a parent is like for you, parenting your child.
